Common questions
What file formats can I upload?
CSV exports from any waste management system, and PDF invoices or manifests. If your hauler provides a spreadsheet, export it as CSV and upload that.
What standards does the report support?
Zero Waste to Landfill, SCS Zero Waste Standard, UL 2799, and NZGBC Green Star NZ. You select your target standard when you start an audit — the ledger includes a pass/fail comparison against the relevant threshold.
What happens if a line item can't be classified?
It's flagged for your review before the report is generated. Nothing goes into the final ledger without your sign-off.
Can someone verify the report independently?
Yes. The ledger includes a full record of every classification rule applied, every source file fingerprint, and a step-by-step log of how the numbers were produced.
What does "pre-verification" mean?
It means Inuio prepares your data and documentation to the standard required for formal certification. Inuio does not issue certifications itself — but the ledger it produces is designed to meet that bar.
How long does it take?
Most audits complete in under a minute once files are uploaded. If you have flagged items to review, that step takes as long as you need.
